Dear Mark. My name is Carlos Hernandez from Venezuela . It' s a pleasure to contact you hereby . I am initiating in strength training and even noticed progress in the squat and deadlift, it doesn't occurs equally in incline bench press . I do it 5 sets of 3 reps with 75 kg 1 time weekly but I struggled to pass that barrier. I notice that I have more ease in the last series and sometimes I question whether it is a matter of warming; however I do at least 3 sets with progressive weights adding 20 kg each time. May I have a recommendation from you ? Thank you.
